This website provides general information about Maplewood Mental Health Clinic and services offered by Teresa Omwenga, PMHNP-BC. It is not medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, medication management, or a substitute for an evaluation.
Using the website, calling, emailing, or submitting a form does not create a clinician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after the clinic accepts you as a patient and a visit is completed.
The website may describe common clinical approaches, but individual diagnosis, medication decisions, referrals, and safety planning require a private evaluation with a licensed clinician.
Emergency limits
