What the call is for
A clear first step, not a clinical visit.
The free 15-minute consultation is a scheduling and fit conversation. We talk briefly about what you are seeking help for, whether the clinic scope fits, whether in-person or telehealth makes sense, and what insurance or self-pay path applies.
The consultation is not a psychiatric evaluation, therapy visit, or emergency service. Clinical decisions happen only after a full evaluation with history, screening, and a treatment discussion.
